The weather forecast for Sunday is for a cool day. So let’s take this opportunity to ride in one of the most remote, and scenic, parts of Lancaster County. There is no where to get food or water on this route so it is essential that you bring enough water and snacks to last for 36, somewhat hilly, miles (CORRECTION: there is a water spigot and picnic tables at the trailhead). There is a PoP at the Enola Low Grade Trail head on Bushong road (mile 22) where we can make a stop. After the rest stop we can decide whether to ride a mile on the newly improved, but still unpaved, Enola trail or head to route 372. If rain is predicted to occur at any time during the ride I will cancel by 7:30 am.
